Rather than publishing a price list that cannot account for your unique situation, we begin every project with a free design consultation. Your dedicated designer visits your property, listens to your vision, and develops a proposal that reflects both what you want and what your investment allows. There are no surprises — you see the full scope and cost before any commitment.
Many of our clients take advantage of financing options through our lending partners, including fixed-rate loans, personal loans, and home equity lines of credit. Your designer can walk you through these options during your consultation.

From that conversation, we build detailed 3D renderings using your actual home and property as the backdrop. You see exactly what your outdoor living space will look like before a single shovel hits the ground. During the design presentation, you can request changes in real time — our designers work live so you can see adjustments immediately and collaborate until the design feels right.
