Professional Engineering and a healthy relationship with City authorities keep everyone safe and the lights on.
Our big build for our clients in Grand Prairie, was no small project. But, the access and the backyard did present challenges for the size of their Dream. Enter the team at Selah, where designers and sales consultants work hand in hand with our engineers and construction teams to build “awesome” and remain compliant with the City codes. And of course, keeping good relations with the neighbors even on a tight access swimming pool build. Our clients did have a roller coaster ride with us in design, engineering, and construction of their project. But that’s not always a bad thing, because we work closely with the entire team and in many cases deliver design and even field modifications when things get tight and still get the job right. In the end, we’re so thankful for our clients that work with us and have such a great spirit about it. Listen to their story and hear their words, because we couldn’t agree more “it’s a blessing to be a blessing and bring people together”. In the end of our build is the beginning of your swimming pool dream come true. And even when we’re challenged, together we can deliver a “great experience”.
When a client knows what they want, we hear to deliver. The vision of straight lines and roman corners sprang to life in a very short design review. Three levels of raised beam wall, each adorned with a sheer descent waterfall, completes this dramatic scene. Cedar booted columns on a solid roof patio extension bring a home style to this center of entertainment.
