With some of the strictest HOA standards in the region, our client has a dream that needed engineering to meet code. His vision included a custom Argentinian Brazos grill head weighing in at 600 pounds, room for his prized wood pellet Trager grill, and of course, a courtyard to entertain for a king.
With Selah engineered drawings, the authorities “approved”. Hand-cut pavestone and hand-poured countertops fit everything together with style. LED lights and a unique arbor fill out the picture for a one-of-a-kind setting.
We so love this project and this family. Their creative spirit came right alongside their willingness to work with us and deliver what we all agree is more than anyone thought possible. Our only remaining wish is to provide better pictures of the finished work because what we have doesn’t do this design justice. But in the end, what matters is a happy family enjoying their dream. We can only imagine the great parties and the fantastic food shared with friends & family all in a private setting, just outside their backdoor.
Custom stonework throughout means this beauty may well last a lifetime. Engineering the structure for a grill capable of 600°F cooking temperatures on one side and a sunken ice chest on another is a unique challenge. With stone bordered Mexican pebble-filled planter boxes, LED uplighting and stone seating walls all set to the perfect height and trimmed on all sides, this build is built for enduring beauty.
