Design Elements A unique glass-tiled covered raised beam wall rises above the negative edge catch basin, delivering a unique view that also reflects the sound of the overflow back into the swimming pool scene. A custom-designed cantilevered linear edge fire pit is built out over the pool beam and into the gathering area. Travertine tile with just a few mondo block walkway features adds to the ultra-modern look, while artificial turf surrounds the entire scene for a year-round blue/green oasis scene.

The Challenge

Use all the imagination we can muster to build a scene that’s never been seen before. Use solid engineering & construction practices to deliver a one-of-a-kind design into reality.

The Solution

Teamwork makes the dream work. Heavy lifters and skilled artisans working side by side from hand-cut travertine pavers and carefully fitted glass tiles all built-in harmony with a one-of-a-kind linear fire pit filled with blue glass that all totaled easily weighs in at over 1,000 pounds.
